Withdraw online: Using the “Withdraw from a contract” button, you declare your withdrawal directly online. You can find it without signing in at shortboost.one/widerruf and in the dashboard under Settings → Subscription & invoices (“Withdraw from a contract”). After clicking it, you enter your name and the email address for the confirmation of receipt and, if you wish, the contract and order number (in the dashboard these details are pre-filled), and confirm with “Confirm withdrawal”. The confirmation of receipt arrives immediately by email.
The right of withdrawal is available to consumers, that is, persons who conclude the contract for purposes predominantly outside their commercial or self-employed professional activity. It applies to the Pro and Lifetime plans of ShortBoost One. The Free plan is free of charge.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Inexdu GmbH, Spitalbergweg 87, 9020 Klagenfurt am Wörthersee, Austria, telephone +43 4212 30300, email support@shortboost.one) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at https://shortboost.one/widerruf. If you use this online function, we will send you without delay an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by email) containing information on the content of the withdrawal statement and the date and time of its receipt.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We activate your plan immediately after the conclusion of the contract. If you withdraw within the withdrawal period, we will always refund the full amount paid. We charge nothing for your use up to the time of withdrawal.
Upon withdrawal, the plan ends and your account switches to Free. Your data is retained; links exceeding the Free limit are paused (clause 10.1 of the Terms).
Irrespective of the right of withdrawal, our voluntary 60-day money-back guarantee under clause 8 of the Terms applies. You can choose which of the two to rely on.
