Can I start for free?
Yes. The Free plan is permanently free (10 active short links on shlk.one), no credit card needed.
Do I need a custom domain?
No. Without a custom domain, your links run on shlk.one. You can use your custom domain on the Pro and Lifetime plans.
What data do you collect?
Per click: country, device, referrer and UTM. The IP address is stored only as a hash, no tracking cookies. The full analysis is available on the Pro and Lifetime plans, on the Free plan you see clicks per day and per link. More under Click analytics.
What happens after cancellation?
Your account switches to the Free plan at the end of the paid term. The 10 most recently created active short links on shlk.one keep running. All other links, your custom domains and the links on them are paused, not deleted. Details under Plans & pricing.
What is the difference between Pro and Lifetime?
Functionally identical. Pro costs 99 € per year, Lifetime 297 € one-time (both plus VAT). After three years Lifetime has paid for itself, and from the fourth year on Lifetime is cheaper.
Can I take my data with me?
Yes, any time and by yourself: in the dashboard under Settings, Data export you get all links, clicks and settings as a ZIP with CSV and JSON, see Data export.
