Data export
Your data belongs to you. You can download it yourself at any time, on every plan, for example for your own reports, a backup or a move.
- How it works: In the dashboard under Settings, Data export, click "Download export". Account owners and admins can do this.
- What you get: a ZIP file with one table per area for Excel (CSV) and a complete JSON file: links, projects, categories, clicks with time, country, city, device, browser, origin and UTM, A/B variants, domains, countdowns, pixels, bubbles, exit pop-ups, team and API keys.
- Period: You can limit the clicks to a period, everything else is always included in full.
- Not included: passwords, link passwords and the API keys themselves. Clicks contain no IP addresses, only an anonymous daily hash.
- Limits: up to 3 exports per hour. With a very large number of clicks (over 2 million), export in several periods.
The CSV files open directly in Excel (semicolon as separator, UTF-8). On the Pro and Lifetime plans you can also retrieve links and statistics continuously via the API.
