Connect your custom domain

With your custom domain, all short links run under your name, for example go.yourbrand.com/start. That looks professional and strengthens every campaign.

  1. Add the domain. Under "Domains", enter your preferred subdomain, e.g. go.yourbrand.com.
  2. Set the DNS record. At your domain provider, create a CNAME or A record as shown in the dashboard.
  3. Verify. ShortBoost checks the record automatically and obtains an SSL certificate (Let's Encrypt). The status changes from pending through dns_verified to active.
  4. Use the domain. From now on you can select it when creating any link.
DNS changes take a few minutes to take effect, depending on the provider. If the status gets stuck, check the record for typos.
